Academic Leader: Former Executive VP & Professor at the Academy of Management & Politics for Postgraduate Studies; supervised and examined dozens of master’s theses in finance, governance, and strategic management.
Strategic Consultant in Multiple Countries: Led strategic development and consulting projects across Palestine, Sudan, Turkey, Egypt, Libya, Qatar, and Malaysia — for NGOs, ministries, municipalities, and banks.
Government & Development Advisory Roles:
University Founder: Led the foundation and feasibility study of the first private university in Gaza (University of Palestine); authored the full strategy and economic model. Also led strategy and planning for Al Nobala University of Science & Technology in Sudan (Funded by RAF & Sheikh Eid Charities, Qatar)
