Leads senior-level strategic execution; translates corporate strategy into executable plans, directs Strategy Manager teams (Level 7), owns the execution agenda and consolidated budget, leads major transformation programmes, and directs the PMO function.

Required experience

Pathway 1 (higher)

Doctorate (DBA/PhD), or CMI Level 8 Diploma, or the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) Programme.

5 years of experience

Pathway 2

Master's, or CMI Level 7 Diploma.

7 years of experience

Enabling qualification(s)

CMI Level 8 Diploma in Strategic Direction and Leadership Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) Programme CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice
