Performs senior-analyst-tier analytical work in the corporate-finance function under a Finance Deputy Manager / Manager (Level 7), and supervises Corporate Finance Analysts (Level 5); develops advanced decision-support models, conducts routine independent valuations, and leads the analyst workstream on M&A and capital-markets transactions.
Level 5 license + the Corporate Valuation certificate with the IFRS certificate, or CFA Level II.
Bachelor's + (the Corporate Valuation certificate or CFA Level II) + an approved competence assessment.
