Strategic Consultant in Multiple Countries: Led strategic development and consulting projects across Palestine, Sudan, Turkey, Egypt, Libya, Qatar, and Malaysia — for NGOs, ministries, municipalities, and banks.

University Founder: Led the foundation and feasibility study of the first private university in Gaza (University of Palestine); authored the full strategy and economic model.
