Brief description

Leads institutional strategic direction; formulates corporate strategy with the CEO and Board, leads enterprise strategic positioning, oversees the strategy function across Levels 7, 8 and 9, and represents strategy at the highest governance tier.

Required experience

Pathway 1 (higher)

Doctorate (DBA/PhD), or CMI Level 8 Diploma, or the Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) Programme.

10 years of experience

Pathway 2

Master's, or CMI Level 7 Diploma.

14 years of experience

Competent authority requirements

Enabling qualification(s)

CMI Level 8 Diploma in Strategic Direction and Leadership Chief Strategy Officer (CSO) Programme CMI Level 7 Diploma in Strategic Management and Leadership Practice
